Get Access To Our CRM Tool

As a member of the Alliance Academy group of teams, you have access to our Customer Relations Management System (CRM). Actually the webpage you are viewing now is housed within our CRM.

Perhaps you are not familiar with a CRM. What a tool like this does is allow you to put your contact lists into the system, with details about those contacts like phone numbers, email address, and much more. Not just contact relating to your "Top 25" list, but also for clients, teammates that you have recruited and more.

Once you have added contacts you put them into an "Opportunity" and in turn that opportunity enters them into an automated "Workflow Funnel" that follows our Business Format System and our Business Pipeline - both of which you will learn more about as your training progresses.

For example, when you first add a contact you would set them up as a Prospect, same thing as putting them on your "List". From there, as you bring these individuals through the steps of prospecting (the list), approach/contact, the drop by presentation, the Business Presentation (corporate overview)... you simply "drag" the contact in the CRM to these different stages in the automation funnel(s). At first your Field Trainer will do and help you with all of this. The CRM allows you to quickly see the stages of development each of your contacts, clients, or recruits has reached, and helps you organize and determine the next stage for prospects, clients and teammates.

Besides contact management, much of our team training has been integrated into our CMS. You will get access to internal websites and pages that will help you through your training, and the training of any partners you bring on. Not only that but there are also "video courses" integrated here, some of which can be provided to your own prospects, and partners easily.

There are "Automations"; things like personalized welcome messages or with links to articles that you can automatically "drip" to clients, or prospects.

The CRM also integrates your calendar to allow clients and teammates to set appointments with you; as well as allowing you to schedule your own time more efficiently.

The tool is used not only for tracking and managing your prospects, but also the progress of you own teammates that you will be recruiting. You'll be able to lead your recruits through the same process and learning that you are undertaking now. The CRM reduces the overall time required for you to maintain your prospect list and other "to do" lists; as well as management tasks, freeing you up to do more of the stuff that counts - meeting with families.

The tool itself is very powerful, and requires training and a bit of time to learn how to use it effectively. It is complex and powerful. Worried?
